In July 2000, USA Today estimated that by 2010, the total orphan population in Africa, Asia, and Latin America would reach 44 million. Additional reports estimate that Russia and Romania each currently have a population of at least 100,000 orphans - and these numbers are undoubtedly only the tip of the iceberg.

Clearly, something must be done to ease the sickness, fear, hunger, and hurting of the world’s countless forgotten children.  That's where Muslim Education Relief, adopts an Orphan program. You can help make a difference. Cleary we cannot help every child but helping everyone child counts and goes along way to helping the cause of humanity.
